I had been suffering with IBS for nearly 2 ½ years, the last eighteen months of that period my IBS was acute. In total I had over twelve months off work due to the symptoms from acute IBS. After years of poor diet and little exercise I drastically changed my lifestyle, after doing this for nearly a year I was still feeling a bit bloated and tired. By chance I read an article in a magazine that a colon cleanse could help with such symptoms as well as helping to lose weight. I was a little apprehensive but went for it, I booked up a session for the end of the month. Upon arriving I was met by Jayne who asked me a few simple questions about my general health and then took me through to the room and explained things, she left while I got ready. My dignity and comfort were at all times respected and I quickly felt at ease. Towards the end of the session Jayne advised me what to avoid eating for the rest of the day while making sure I drank plenty of water. 

The session last just under an hour and I must say that after I had left I honestly felt much better, it was a little strange at first but the feeling soon passes. I booked a follow up session for a month later and it helped this time that I knew what to expect. Those two sessions, along with my sensible eating habits and regular exercise helped me lose best part of half a stone in a month !!! You get to view, via the waste tube, what is coming out of you and although it may sound a little disgusting, it really does go to show how much waste our bodies retain. I booked in later that year for another as I was starting to feel a little uncomfortable and had started to get a few upset stomachs, this time I had a session on a Saturday morning and I feel good again.
