COLONIC HYDROTHERAPY CANCELLATION POLICY
All Colon Hydrotherapy courses must be prepaid in advance, paid in full and taken within 12 months.
At least a 24 hour cancellation notice is required by the client for any appointment being cancelled or for a treatment requiring a reappointment, otherwise you will be liable for the full cost of that treatment booked.
If you fail to attend for any treatment for any reason without having documented evidence from The Hydrocleanse Clinic acknowledging your cancellation, then you will be liable for the full cost of that treatment.
In order not to disappoint anyone please speak to a therapist if you have not received your email from Hydrocleanse acknowledging your cancellation - Hydrocleanse is a very busy clinic and we need to offer cancelled appointments to clients that need them.
In order not to inconvenience other clients, try and arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment so that you can receive your full treatment time.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necesary. In this case we will do our best to notify you as soon as possible with alternative or rescheduled dates. Regretfully, in these circumstances we are not liable and are unable to reimburse any expenses you may have incurred in relation to the cancelled/rescheduled session.
REFUND POLICY
All treatment courses / packages purchased from the Hydrocleanse Clinic are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please think BEFORE you buy a course of colonic hydrotherapy treatments. You will have had a treatment before you purchase a course, so you know the quality of service and treatment you will receive in all future treatments.
Discounted promotional vouchers - All Customers are limited to the usage of one discounted voucher (of any value) per customer, per year (the new year starts on 1st January). May buy multiple as gifts. All special offer vouchers are non refundable but may be transferred. All direct purchased treatment Gift Vouchers have a one year life span from the time of purchase.
